At Victory Up, we’re dedicated to supporting educators and schools in their efforts to introduce and enhance esports and gaming in their communities. We’ve delivered customised professional learning and development (PLD) to teachers, school leaders, and communities throughout the region, helping them gain the skills and knowledge needed to confidently incorporate gaming and esports into their learning environments.

We’re also proud to have led the first Empowered Tour, which travelled from Karamu to Fox Glacier, bringing exciting new opportunities and experiences to communities throughout the West Coast. Our tour celebrated technology and esports, showcasing how they can support learning, engagement, and cultural enrichment as well as career opportunities.

In partnership with Te Papatipu Matihiko, Digital Natives Academy, ImpactED, Christchurch City Libraries, and other education-focused organisations, we’ve developed programmes and workshops that help educators and students understand the positive impact that gaming and esports can have on their communities. Our work includes developing resources and strategies that can be tailored to fit any school or community’s needs, as well as assisting with equipment procurement and setting up and running esports and gaming programmes.
